Mid-brown mesh round-toe slingbacks by Christian Louboutin (see the red under the heels) in a style called Quadrillette, worn with L'Artisan Parfumeur's Timbuktu, one of my faves. The shot is taken at Melbourne Town Hall after an International Women's Day function.

Oh, I think it's just something in the floor that secures the door when it's swung back - it will have a name, like plunket or gitchel - but I'm not into this sort of stuff. Anyone, what is it called?
